Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

About the Role

  • Providing individualized care to patients with mental health needs
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months mental health experience as a nurse, in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
