Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a qualified Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our service users while supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Job Summary:

Appoint Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in an acute mental health hospital for adults, located in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to service users, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
  • Support colleagues and promote positive teamwork to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months mental health experience as a nurse, in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
