Job Description
  • Develop financial plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement financial plans, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead financial analysis: Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Oversee financial reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, investments, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. A Master's degree or higher is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investments, or a related field; Master's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role; strong track record of delivering results.
  • Skills：
    • Financial analysis: Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Investment management: Experience managing investment portfolios, including developing and implementing investment strategies.
    • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards achieving goals.
