Role Overview:

Our client, a leading provider of specialist nurse-led services, is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality care to adults in their own homes. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinical and reputational success of the service in Basingstoke.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical or nursing management at a senior level, with experience in managing nurse case managers and building relationships with health and social care commissioners. You will be a registered general nurse with up-to-date tracheostomy care and ventilator care experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Nurse Case Managers to ensure service delivery and growth
  2. Build relationships with health and social care commissioners
  3. Manage and support Nurse Case Managers and carers
  4. Ensure clients receive the best possible care
  5. Oversee complaints, incidents, and safeguarding
  6. Participate in a managers on-call rota
  7. Maintain clinical policies and procedures
