Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-end restaurant as a Sommelier.
  • WSET Level 2 or above (desired).
  • Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great team player.
  • A keen interest in Japanese cuisine.
