About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sommelier to join our team at Ambassadors Clubhouse. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend and sell wines to customers to complement their tastes and pair with menu choices
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and other beverages
  • Provide expert advice on wine pairings and beverage selection
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to create innovative and harmonious beverage pairings
  • Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
  • WSET or equivalent Sommelier qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
