Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Science graduate or Quality Assurance specialist to join our client's team as a Food Safety Specialist.

">

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Duty of care towards Food Safety culture, authenticity, quality, legality, and safeguard traceable requirements.">
  • Ensure all new staff are inducted as per the staff induction process.">
  • Review of label check sheets to ensure that corrective action has been taken where necessary.">
  • Complaint handling, including the circulation of monthly complaints lists to relevant personnel.">
  • Daily sign-off of factory completed documents, ensuring that review processes controls have been implemented correctly.">
  • Filing of completed documents, with future scanning onto the system to enhance site audits and traceability.">
  • Issue of blank documents for the factory, ensuring that these are the correct versions via Senior Technical Manager.">
  • Process laboratory entries for swab testing.">
  • Review of micro certificates against company micro specifications.">
  • Maintain the sites' training matrixes, ensuring that training needs are identified and addressed.">
