About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our Facilities Maintenance Team at Government Facility Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of plumbers and maintenance staff to deliver high-quality maintenance services
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a facilities management or similar environment
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and people skills
  • Good health and safety knowledge
  • Rounded knowledge of risk and compliance
  • Demonstrable planning and project management skills
