Job Summary
The Shetland Islands Council is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Lead VAWCYP Partnership to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the VAWCYP Partnership and driving our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to support the VAWCYP Partnership.
- Provide administrative support to the VAWCYP Partnership team, including coordination of meetings, events, and projects.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to the VAWCYP Partnership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support the VAWCYP Partnership.
Requirements
- Highly organized and proactive individual with excellent administrative skills.
- Ability to work using a gendered analysis of domestic abuse.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Qualifications in relevant areas, such as administration, social work, psychology, social sciences, or gender studies.
Working Arrangements
The successful candidate will work 16 hours per week, with flexible hours to meet the needs of the VAWCYP Partnership. The salary for this post is £30,000 to £33,000 per annum, pro rata, and will include a Distant Islands Allowance.
