About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager to lead our award-winning multi-activity day camp during the school holidays.

As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the camp, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our campers.

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement programs, manage staff, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality programs and activities
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the camp, including staff supervision and camper safety
  • Developing and implementing programs to meet the needs of our campers
  • Providing excellent customer service to parents and campers
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve camp goals and objectives

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Previous experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of safeguarding awareness
  • Paediatric first aid certification (desirable)
