Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Camp Manager / Deputy Manager to join our team at our award-winning multi-activity day camp.

About the role:

As a Camp Manager / Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the camp, including leading a team of staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the camp.

You will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support and direction, therefore you must show knowledge and experience working within a childcare setting and managing small teams.

The ability to communicate effectively is essential in this position, as you will frequently interact with parents and work closely with the area manager and call centres.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has a high level of safeguarding awareness and can demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality programs.
