Opportunity for Early Years Professionals in Brownhills

Job Description:

  • Design and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2/3 or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation Package:

  • Estimated salary range: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
  • Term-time only position, approximately 32-40 weeks per year.
