MEP Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for financial aspects of projects, working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and Project Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Quantity surveying £7M+ of various projects
  2. Compiling monthly applications
  3. Costing and agreeing project variation accounts
  4. Preparing project CVR's and attending monthly CVR project meetings
  5. Negotiating and preparing sub-contract order documents
  6. Valuing and raising monthly sub-contract payment notifications/pay less notices
  7. Overseeing credit control on projects
