Job Summary:
Paul Mitchell Associates is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure targets are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £28,000 - £23,000 PLUS uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)
