Job Title: Supported Living Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Supported Living Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Community Services Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a team of professionals who deliver high-quality services to our tenants. You will also contribute to the overall success of the service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Team Leader in ensuring the needs of Service Users are met in accordance with contractual arrangements.
  • Contribute to the management of all financial resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Engage with service users, families, and external agencies to build and maintain relationships.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in a similar role within the care sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
