Job Summary:
Interior Health Authority is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Pharmacy Department as a Pharmacy Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians with various tasks, including packaging and distributing medications, inventory management, and statistical reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, assisting at the dispensary counter, and issuing medication orders in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
