The Hoxton Holborn is seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our reception area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of hospitality professionals.


Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum


Job Description:


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Reception Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the front desk operation run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the front desk operation, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • To lead a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and operational metrics.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure excellent communication and collaboration.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
