Global Accounting Specialist

- Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close process, collaborating closely with the Global Accounting Hub and overseeing activities with our outsourced service provider.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all statutory reporting requirements, including the completion of audited financial statements.
- Act as the pivotal liaison with UK and Irish audit teams, fostering strong, effective relationships.
- Strengthen internal controls and processes through ongoing balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and comprehensive documentation reviews.
- Partner with our tax advisors to manage tax provisions and filings, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide essential support for the Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) review and take responsibility for broader tax compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Regional Tax team to prepare transfer pricing documentation and conduct profit analysis.
