About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at the in-house restaurant of Guidant Global, a leading global recruitment agency.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences and delivering high-quality food service to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Production and Service
  • Oversee and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Replenish food items on a regular basis to maintain an efficient kitchen operation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations, including cooking, food preparation, and menu creation
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
  • Understanding of food safety protocols and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, management, and suppliers
