About the Role:
Maze Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 student with Autism. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide additional support to learners who require help in overcoming barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support learners with Complex Needs.
- Manage your own case load and measure interventions to support young people.
- Use excellent English and Maths skills to support learners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Excellent English and Maths skills.

- Ability to analyse problems and devise solutions.
- Assertiveness in dealing with pupils.
