Teaching Assistant SEND Role
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team of teaching assistants in a SEND setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and senior staff to support pupils with Autism and other complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom environment.
- Provide general support to staff and pupils, including preparation and routine maintenance of resources and equipment.
- Develop knowledge, skills, and understanding of requirements for effective support in a SEN setting.
