Job Summary:

As a Safety Risk Management (SRM) specialist with Arcadis, you will play a critical role in identifying and managing hazards and safety risks associated with various industries and activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in tasks such as hazard identification, determining safety measures and requirements, and preparing safety justification reports and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify potential hazards and develop effective safety protocols.
  • Prepare and present safety reports and recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2:2 or higher grade in your chosen field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in safety risk management, with a strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to travel and stay away from home when required, with a valid full driving licence that allows you to drive in the UK.
