Montessori Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Practitioner to join our team at a wonderful nursery in the Hounslow area. Our nursery provides high-quality childcare for children from 3 months to 5 years, offering a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging and purposeful experiences for children, tailored to their age and stage of development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and achievements
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS, maintaining a safe and secure environment for children
  • Develop and implement a key person approach, promoting secure attachments and social skills in children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver group activities and lessons, promoting respect, empathy, and collaboration among children
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Montessori qualification
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting, with a strong understanding of child development and learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements
