About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Director to join our team at Havas Lynx Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a fundamental role in driving the success of our agency and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic offering and provide strategic stewardship to all projects
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to drive new business activity
  • Mentor and develop the skills of our strategists and planners
  • Work closely with Client Services, Medical, Strategy, and Creative teams to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team of strategists
  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to develop talent
  • Fluid knowledge and practice in business, marketing, and brand strategy
  • Proven track record in producing effective brand activities and being recognized for these activities in effectiveness awards
