Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Primary or Secondary Teacher to join our Specialist Resource Base in Cardiff. This is a full-time position, offering excellent rates of pay. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children with Additional Learning Needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

About the Role
This role involves working with pupils who have Autism and mixed abilities, all with statements of special educational needs. We offer small classes of around 8 pupils and experienced support staff available in every class.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach students with Additional Learning Needs, promoting their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and resources
- Provide ongoing support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Primary or Secondary Teacher with experience teaching ALN
- A caring and flexible approach to meet varied pupil needs
- Experience working with children with Autism is highly beneficial
