**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Practitioner to lead our integrated Manchester Community Mental Health Team, Central Later Life CMHT. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team manager, including performance management, staff development, and standing in for the team manager as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented and dedicated team of professionals, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care and services that meet the needs of our diverse patient population. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the team manager with day-to-day operational management of the team
  • Participate in the service's management team, contributing to overall strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless care and services

**Location & Travel**

Our team is based at Chorlton House, Central South Manchester. Regular travel within the Greater Manchester area may be required.

**Estimated Salary:** £38,890 - £44,884 per annum (dependent on experience)
