We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients and customers
- Work collaboratively with our culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Support with menu planning and development to ensure our offerings meet the needs of our clients and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
