This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven finance professional to partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team and influence strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Influence: Collaborate directly with senior leaders, providing financial insights to guide key business decisions.
  • Leadership and Development: Deputise for the Head of Financial Business Partnering, shaping strategy and leading financial governance.
  • Business Partnership: Apply your financial expertise to add real value, challenge commercial decisions, and improve performance.
  • Business Planning: Apply expert thought leadership with the ability to conceptualise issues and define effective solutions to the financial challenges facing the division.
  • Continuous Improvement: Act as the financial conscience in decision-making forums and collaborate across the business to support continuous improvement across investment practices.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Accountancy or Finance qualification, with substantial experience across a variety of finance and non-finance roles, equipping you with a broad perspective and skillset.
  • A collaborative, partnership-based approach to working with senior stakeholders, including executive-level leadership, ensuring alignment and value-added support in decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, enabling you to work effectively in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
  • A strategic thinker with sharp analytical and conceptual reasoning abilities, capable of distilling complex financial information and communicating it clearly to diverse audiences through various formats.
  • Resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage conflict by fostering consensus among stakeholders with differing perspectives, driving unified solutions.
