We are seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling domestic losses, from visiting the customer to finalisation of the claim. You will work closely with policyholders, insurance companies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with policyholders, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the cause and extent of the loss.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Empathy and excellent customer service skills to provide support throughout the claims process.
- Strong negotiation skills to reach fair and satisfactory settlements for all parties.
Requirements:
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Confidentiality and adherence to professional standards and codes of conduct.
