Commercial Property Loss Adjuster

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Loss Adjuster to join our Northern Ireland team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of commercial property damage losses, including Business Interruption, up to the value of £100k.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of claims involving field visits to settlement within client SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria.
- Settle claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting business objectives.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim handling and resolution.
- Meet productivity targets and adhere to quality standards.
- Proven experience in commercial property losses and a track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
