We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to lead our Share Scheme advisory projects and provide exceptional tax services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Share Scheme advisory projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Draft and review tax valuation reports, providing expert analysis and recommendations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and professional advisors, delivering exceptional service and support
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the tax team, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • CTA or ADIT qualified, with a strong background in tax advisory and Share Scheme experience
  • Sound technical tax knowledge, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide clear recommendations
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
