Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Care Specialist to join our team As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing your skills and expertise as a professional carer.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing personalized support and care to our clients, helping them with daily tasks and activities, and promoting their independence and well-being. You'll also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services and continuous improvement of our support programs.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. You'll be responsible for assessing client needs, creating tailored support plans, and delivering care services that meet or exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support and care to clients
  • Assess client needs and create tailored support plans
  • Deliver high-quality care services that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You should also have experience working in healthcare or social care, preferably in a similar capacity. A valid first aid certificate and a DBS check are also essential prerequisites for this position.
