About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through focused market and competitive analysis. You will develop and execute tactical marketing plans in coordination with sales and marketing teams, ensuring the successful launch of new products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development: Assist in the development and execution of post-market strategies, identify clinical and market trends, and suggest new product and marketing opportunities.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, sales representatives, and functional areas, including international marketing, market research, clinical, and regulatory.
- Planning and Analysis: Develop operational product launch strategies, identify product roll-out strategies, and develop competitive strategies and product analysis.
- Product/Market Management: Develop, coordinate, and execute product training, facilitate physician-to-physician training and selling, and develop downstream sales tools to support sales execution.
- Quality: Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures, meet quality and regulatory commitments, and champion quality requirements and compliance to internal and external customers.
