Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in the North East region. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures across various stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure effective management of risks related to safety, health, environment, and quality through the use of RAMS, PPE, training, and company procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance.
- Manage client service delivery across multiple locations, ensuring all available resources work collaboratively.
- Agree and maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract.
- Set, monitor, and control SLAs and KPIs, seeking opportunities to provide added value across delivery stakeholders.
- Ensure mobile personnel manage the contract to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Work with mobile teams to plan, implement, and monitor standards of all works related to the PPM schedule and reactive works.
- Accountable for the financial performance of the contract and review monthly audit checks.
- Develop and monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews.
