We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and high-quality services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Must be a driver with a full UK driving license.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
- Ability to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centred way.
- Willingness to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs.
- Reliable, non-judgmental, caring, responsible, and compassionate individual.
- Commitment to confidentiality and treating clients with dignity and respect.
