Assistant Psychologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As an Assistant Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of psychological care to children and young people within our Autism Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake psychological assessments of clients using a range of tools and techniques, including psychological tests, self-report measures, and structured observations.
- Assist in the formulation and delivery of care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment and management of service users' problems.
- Carry a caseload of individual service users, providing basic psychological interventions and support.
- Contribute to the coordination and running of therapeutic groups, working with other staff to assess service users and review their care.
