About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Anchor. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities
  • Assist with meal times and ensure residents receive a high standard of care and nutrition
  • Engage with residents in activities and provide a listening ear to those who need it most
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care and support is provided
