Ribbons & Reeves, a leading education recruiter, is partnering with an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' Secondary School and Sixth Form to find an Oxbridge Graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an Oxbridge Graduate to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment, while pursuing specialist training to accelerate their career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in core subject lessons, working with KS3/4/5 on a whole class, small group, and 1:1 basis
  • Collaborate with specialist teachers to gain insight into teaching and learning
  • Contribute to the development of students' academic skills and confidence
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:

  • Oxbridge Graduate with a 1:1 or 2:1 degree and excellent GCSE and A Level results
  • Child-centered experience preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students and staff

What We Offer:

  • Up to £550 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis
  • September start, full-time, term-time only
