About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Psychology graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant in Havering. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for supporting students with their academic and personal development, providing a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and success.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in education and learning support
