Job Title: Sales Account Manager

AlcoDigital is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Sussex. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conversion of inbound enquiries into sales
  • Providing online training to clients
  • Providing in-person training courses to clients
  • Making outbound follow-up calls in response to email and website enquiries
  • Identifying and following up opportunities from within the CRM system
  • Effectively recording call information on the companies CRM system
  • Administering certifications and course allocation of clients training needs
  • Achieving sales goals and targets

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Sales/Account Management environment, with a strong track record of identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, and achieving sales targets. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

We offer a competitive package, including a basic salary of £27,000, commission on existing business, and a target bonus of £6,500 (based on delivering new business of £75,000 per year). If you are a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a new challenge, please apply online.
