Combat Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Combat Systems Specialist to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Mechanical Tactical Weapons systems and equipment on various vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and rectify defects on Tactical Weapons systems and equipment as reported by ship's staff.
  • Ensure correct Quality Documentation is reviewed and called for at commencement and throughout each activity.
  • Update company software and databases to record employee overtime and absences.

Management and Supervision:

As a Combat Systems Specialist, you will have management responsibility for Ordnance Specialists and assurance oversight of Combat Systems Mechanical Fitters. You will also supervise and train ordnance specialists and Combat Systems Mechanical Fitters.

Decision Making:

You will make key decisions regarding ordnance weapons systems and equipment installations and removals, including decisions on risks to the team during operations.

Knowledge and Skills:

You will require knowledge of weapons systems and equipment, weapon handling and discharge systems, and other relevant areas.

Requirements:

Candidates must be UK sole nationals and have valid security clearance / SC.
