Sales and Purchasing Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Bishop's Stortford/Stansted area. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, queries, and administrative tasks related to sales and purchasing within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale database (SAP).
  • Update customer sales orders in a timely manner, communicating updates to customers as necessary.
  • Proactively find and offer solutions to customer problems, seeking support from other departments when needed.
  • Understand and correctly use SAP to search for pricing, product, and stock data.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software.
