Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accurate records of vehicle sales and purchases.
  • Update and maintain our stock and customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Register sold vehicles to meet regulatory standards.
  • Provide statistical and department-related information to the management team and manufacturer.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and participate in manufacturer-led training to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Ensure good housekeeping standards and maintain a well-organized administration area.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with their requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience using relevant software and systems.
