Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our Primary Care team in a Category B Male Prison in Bootle, Liverpool.

About the Role: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-standard care to in-patients, working closely with the management team to develop and improve the service. You will need to be able to think on your feet and handle situations under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and write accurate reports.
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance service quality through auditing and development.
  • Administer prescribed medications in line with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain precise records of patient discussions, assessments, interventions, treatment, and medications.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and provide timely care adjustments as needed.
  • Provide specialized care for prisoners with enduring mental health needs.

Compensation: Our competitive salary ranges from £29.11 per hour on weekdays to £30.38 on Saturdays and Sundays.
