Workplace Description: This 4-star hotel boasts luxury bedrooms and a stylish restaurant with fine views of the award-winning gardens. The hotel is one of Lancashire's finest, private hotels, situated near the M6 motorway and 7.5 miles from Clitheroe. The restaurant and conservatory serve high-quality cuisine with produce from the hotel's kitchen garden. Additionally, there is an on-site bakery for fresh bread, pies, and cakes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: To deliver exceptional service to our guests, we are seeking an individual with refined hospitality skills, where the guest and their needs are the top priority. You will have the ability to work well with others and multitask, handling the pressure of service while ensuring guest expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Essential Criteria: You will ideally have previous F&B experience within a high-quality restaurant.
