Litigation Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Executive to join our Complex and Catastrophic Injury Team in Manchester. As a Litigation Executive, you will play a key role in handling a caseload of defendant files, working closely with our Fee Earners and other teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a varied caseload of defendant files, including EL, PL, animal claims, property damage, household claims, RTAs, recoveries, fatality claims, and investigations.
- Assist Fee Earners as and when required, providing support with file handling, research, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service.
- Contribute to the development of our Client offering, working closely with our Partner to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Completed a law degree, LPC, or GDL.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a complex injury claim handling role, handling a litigated defendant caseload.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
