Litigation Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Executive to join our Motor team in Manchester or Liverpool. As a Litigation Executive, you will play a key role in handling litigated small claims and fast-track case loads, working closely with other team members to achieve excellent results.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and reviewing documents, applications, and offers
- Attending telephone conferences and managing cases in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Reviewing quantum and valuing general and special damages
- Formalising case plans and entering into telephone negotiations
- Liaising with third-party solicitors, insurers, and clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience handling a defendant litigated caseload or equivalent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
