Job Summary:

Commercial Services Interim & Executive Search is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the security, efficiency, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Manage active network components, including switches, routers, and firewalls, to ensure seamless connectivity and data transfer.
  • Infrastructure Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our network infrastructure to enhance support and troubleshooting.
  • Operating System Management: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Security Measures: Implement and maintain security measures to protect our network and data from unauthorized access and breaches.
  • App Permissions and Administration: Ensure appropriate permissions are allocated for staff roles and deploy, enable, and disable applications as needed.
  • Cloud Services Administration: Manage cloud-based services, including user accounts, team drives, and groups, to ensure seamless collaboration and data sharing.
  • User Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date user accounts and permissions for on-premises and cloud services.
