Project Engineer Role Summary

As a key member of our team, the Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading all activities related to the design and procurement of engineering projects. This includes providing High Voltage/Medium Voltage (HV/MV) design and build services for AIS and GIS systems up to 400kV to various clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine engineering construction project plans, ensuring timely scheduling and implementation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring quality outcomes that align with our company's vision and values.
  • Liaise with vendors of long-lead items, confirming compliance with Works Information and managing the RFI/TQ list on BIM360.
  • Collaborate with the design team on procurement and engineering issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage project progress, attending internal meetings and client meetings as required.
  • Hold regular progress meetings with vendors of HV equipment to address queries and delays.
  • Identify and communicate potential project risks to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
