As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the building and equipment to a high standard, prioritizing the safety and comfort of our residents and staff.
- Perform routine inspections and minor repairs to prevent equipment failures
- Conduct thorough checks of electrical wiring and control panels to identify potential issues
- Install and maintain appliances and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order
- Carry out yard upkeep, including lawn mowing and waste collection
- Replace light bulbs and maintain, service, and store equipment as needed
- Verify the functionality of safety systems, such as fire alarms
- Inspect and repair any damage to building surfaces
- Participate in projects, such as renovations, to maintain a high standard of quality and safety
- Report any issues to the facilities or maintenance manager
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
